Raizes Churrascaria in Greenpoint
139 Nassau Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11222
After a delicious Rosemary infused cocktail I found my bladder crying to be heard, so I headed to the back of the stereotypically hip greenpoint restaurant to pee. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the rustic floors and ornate tiles in warm, inviting colors. The bathroom was clean and well kept, but it seems as though they spent a little too much on tiles and not enough on a garbage can (plastic Rubbermaid) and soap, as my boyfriend lamented that they had a run of the mill Soft Soap container. There wasn’t a hand dryer but the paper towels in the burlap sack lined basket were fine. The sink pressure was a little too strong but overall I appreciated the cleanliness and odorlessness of this bathroom and especially loved the decor.
