I’ve been meaning to come to Tørst for a while, since I love craft beer and therefore I always have to pee. The bathrooms here continue the Scandinavia meets Brooklyn feel that makes Tørst so desirable. There’s just the right amount of graffiti for a Michelin star rated location, with clean floors, a pleasant smell, and soft lighting that fits my Blanche Dubois-esque sensibilities quite well. The antique doors add a level a charm to an already welcoming decor at the bar and restaurant. I enjoyed the murals and I’m a sucker for old style subways tiles, plus there was a Excelerator hand dryer which came in handy since my clothing was soaked from a particularly rainy New York day.
